Our Believe

Sustainable community and people development begins with the locals. Projects that tend to do well do so because the community sees the need for such projects. But, community residents act responsibly when they are part of the creative process, especially when their rewards are tied to performance and support for the projects. We designed the GameChanger Network with the understanding that communities respond creatively when the focus is on resources, capacities, strengths and aspirations not on deficiencies, needs and problems.

We strongly believe that capacity, abilities, gifts and ideas are innate, and that living a good life depends on whether those capacities can be used, abilities expressed, gifts given and ideas shared. Our energy and business sense comes from an extensive and continuous understanding of the underground business smarts aka Street Smart and the divine Inspiration derived only from God.

We believe in separating what works from what doesn’t. That is why we have decided never to ask what went wrong and how to fix it. Instead we like to focus on what was done right and how to do it all over again.
